Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leadify Pro platform ("Service") operated by Leadify Pro. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

Leadify Pro is a client acquisition and CRM platform that helps freelancers and agencies discover local businesses, manage outreach pipelines, and track client relationships. The platform includes:

• Local business discovery powered by Google Places API
• CRM pipeline for prospect management
• Message template system for personal outreach
• Follow-up tracking and notes
• CSV export functionality (paid plans)

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per user — creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for automated, bulk, or spam messaging
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any business or individual
• Collect or store personal data of third parties without consent in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform
• Use the Service to violate any law, including the IT Act 2000, TRAI regulations, or TCPA equivalents
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through technical means

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Plans and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, an RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

5.2 Plan Limits

• Usage limits (prospects per month) reset on the 5th of each calendar month
• Unused quota does not roll over to the next month
• Exceeding plan limits will result in restricted access until the next reset date

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on cancellations and refunds. In summary:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused quota

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

You retain ownership of all data you create or import into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with:

• Google Places API: Subject to Google's Terms of Service. Business data displayed is sourced from Google Maps.
• Razorpay: Subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service and RBI regulations.
• Resend: Used for transactional email delivery.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Leadify Pro — including but not limited to logos, UI components, and documentation — are the intellectual property of Leadify Pro and protected under applicable Indian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Business data sourced from Google Places API is accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific business objectives

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadify Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
